| In this garden there are over 40 varieties and over 180 plants - 6 different basils, 6 different oreganos, 6 different thyme and nutmeg, borage, sweet and autumn fennel, 8 different lavenders, blood sorrel, pineapple sage, tarragon, nasturtium, coriander, 6 different mints, lemon grass, anise hyssop, and more - many of which no one at this site - except the chef - even knew existed. This also features heirloom tomatoes and peppers - old-time varieties with superior taste and nutrition! |
